Her experience covers claims, underwriting and customer service across personal and commercial lines of business including workers compensation. Based upon critical analysis of operations processes aligned with corporate objectives, her consulting focus on the strategic design of processes to achieve improved outcomes.

Ms. Elliott as established herself as one of the leading Human Capital practitioners in the areas of internal corporate controls both at the entity and process level. Her experience ranted from global implementation of SAP through process improvement and Sarbanes-Oxley 404. Strong project management, communication and professional consulting skills all her to implement organization change and establish positive client relationships.

Ms. Elliott holds a M.Sc. Psychology (Disability Management) supplemented with MBA electives at Boston University and a B.Sc. Neurophysiology McMaster university (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada)
