Mr. Sipiora has 26 years of insurance industry and risk management advisory experience serving a variety of corporate, institutional and public sector clients. He has served in client advisory and executive leadership roles with a leading multi line insurer; a global brokerage/risk services firm and Deloitte. His experience includes corporate risk management organizational effectiveness and operations, insurance company organization, risk assessment and exposure analysis, design and pricing of corporate insurance programs, and risk finance strategies, including captive insurance companies and alternative market solutions.

Mr. Sipiora is a Member of the Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), Risk and Insurance Management Society, and Vermont Captive Insurance Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Dubuque.
