Mark is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He joined the firm in July 1990 and servers as the firms U.S. National Practice Leader for actuarial and insurance solutions (AIS). He has been in Risk Management as both corporate risk manager and consultant for over 25 years. Specialized areas of expertise include risk analysis, insurance program design and implementation, evaluation of alternative funding techniques, integrated risk programs, risk management staff evaluations and the interface between risk management and other management areas.

Mark was awarded the James G. Hellmuth Award for outstanding service to the Port Authority of NY and NJ for his role in leading the Deloitte team which assisted in the Insurance and FEMA recoveries following the terrorist attacks of 09/11/01. His experience also includes conducting risk identification to determine exposures faced by organizations and strategic operational studies, analysis of claim management programs, dispute resolution services, and performing strategic due diligence for mergers and acquisition activities.

Mark is a licensed Insurance Advisor and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Rhode Island in Insurance Management.
