Mr. Lucker co-leads Deloitte’s Actuarial and Insurance Solutions data mining and predictive modeling practice providing clients with business, operational, and technical consulting services in the areas of data mining, predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and large scale data management. His clients include property-casualty insurance carriers (personal, commercial, standard, non-standard lines), life insurers, health insurers/healthcare providers, reinsurers, TPAs, MGAs, financial services, and consumer products companies.

Mr. Lucker has spoken at numerous national insurance trade association conferences on various insurance and systems topics and has been published in a number of trade journals and professional publications. He is a co-inventor of two predictive modeling patents which are pending. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2000, John served as Controller of CIGNA Re and Chief Technology Officer of CIGNA Re, a division of the CIGNA Corporation. Mr. Lucker holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
