Mr. Beigbeder has more than 20 years experience in human resource management and disability program consulting. He has served as project manager on major engagements integrating business process redesign with information technology solutions. Serving the public and private sectors, in employer, payer and provider settings, disability management programs are implemented to contain costs, enhance benefit delivery and improve outcomes. Mr. Beigbeder provides subject matter expertise and reengineering assistance to organizations implementing Integrated Disability Management (IDM) programs where workers compensation, short and long-term disability programs are linked.

Mr. Beigbeder has lectured extensively to employer groups and written numerous articles on Best Practices for managing disability. He has been published and quoted in Business Insurance, Employee Benefits News, Workers Compensation Managed Care, Risk and Insurance and Controller magazines. He has been a featured speaker at the Risk and Insurance Management Societys national conference, Public Risk and Insurance Management seminars, and national conferences sponsored by the World Research Group and the Institute of International Research.
