Mike Petrillo is the Technical Coordinator for the RMIS/Lab. His responsibilities include network administration, RMIS implementation planning, assisting in the setup and maintenance of software, and advising clients on internet and intranet issues. He has conducted training sessions on technology issues, and has provided new user training on various software packages. He has experience in actuarial analysis, including analysis of loss reserves for workers compensation, general liability and automobile liability coverages; analysis of cash flow projections; and analysis of property casualty loss development and trends.

Programming skills include FORTRAN, PASCAL, C++, and MS Access. Software, hardware, and LAN setup experience include Novell 3.X, 4.X, Microsoft NT, Sequel Server, Lotus, Microsoft Office, CAD/CAM, Maple IV, Mathematica, and OS/2. He has provided LAN administration support in Novell and MS SQL environments. He has a BA in Mathematics and Physics, and a minor in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
