Mr. Messick has over 17 years of risk management experience. He holds a BA degree from Dickinson College and Received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1993. Mr. Messick is also an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and a member of the Society of CPCU.

Mr. Messick has experience in providing business process reviews for insurance company operations and in the identification of new business opportunities for insurance service providers. He is experienced in business process analysis and mapping, development of system functional requirements, and the development of RFP scripts for system/vendor selection. Mr. Messick also has experience in the review and analysis of insurance contracts, risk identification, insurance program development, claim operation reviews, scenario analysis of alternative funding studies, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Messick has been published in such national periodicals as The Journal of Property Management and Corporate Cash Flow.
