Mr. Duden is Deloittes National RMIS Practice Director. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance automation business, including experience with both the developers and purchasers of risk management information systems. He has been involved in the development, marketing, and sales of risk systems and has acted as project manager in the installation of more than 350 risk information systems, including the coordination of user training.

He is responsible for the firms comprehensive RMIS consulting services. These services extend to both the developers and purchasers of risk management systems and encompass strategic systems analysis, design implementation and ongoing management. Mr. Duden writes a column for Risk and Insurance Magazine, and is a frequent speaker on RMIS and technology issues.
